Kirby Perkins Construction is the General Contractor for the restoration of Gilded Age mansion on Newport’s historic Bellevue Avenue
Kirby Perkins Construction spearheaded the 3-year restoration of Miramar, an early 20th century French neoclassical style mansion on Bellevue Avenue in Newport, RI. The restoration included the interior and exteriors of the main house and carriage house and engaged local, national, and internationally renowned design and conservation teams. Currently a private residence, the property owners plan to open Miramar as a private museum at the time of their deaths to benefit the public in perpetuity.
