HOSPITALITY & PRIVATE CLUBS : NANTUCKET YACHT CLUB

The Nantucket Yacht Club is another project completed by Kirby Perkins that required thinking "out of the box (and sometimes under water)",  a jam packed construction schedule and of course the ability to satisfy the membership and town architectural review board. With an innovative phased program to shore up structural issues and to help modernize and beautify the 100 year old club, it was pulled off with rave reviews by all.
